Harrisonburg Animal Hospital is the longest standing small animal clinic in Harrisonburg. Our focus is high-quality compassionate care, and long-lasting relationships with our patients and clients. We pride ourselves on our amazing clientele and long-time employees. We are seeking an energetic, committed Veterinarian to join our team 40 hours a week. We do not require after hours on-call, and do not have weekend hours. Our associates work four days per week. We are a family-friendly practice that is focused on both our working family but also your family needs. The hospital was purchased by Dr. Maureen Ward in 2016, who is a 2009 graduate from VMRCVM. She was awarded the 2022 VVMA Distinguished Veterinarian of the year because of her commitment to her staff, clients, and our community. Our hospital has won multiple "Best of" awards in our area, because of our awesome team! Experienced practitioners and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Our hospital is equipped with the most advanced equipment and technologies to provide the highest standard of care. For instance, our hospital is equipped with comprehensive in-house IDEXX blood machines, digital radiography, both digital intraoral and panoramic digital dental radiography, ultrasound, two positively pressured surgical suites, dental suite, an independently ventilated isolation room, climate controlled boarding facility, and a full-service pharmacy.
